I hope everyone's been having a good year in art so far. My style has developed a little more and I'm still trying to get comfortable with the wacom tablet and corel painter program. It's been one hell of a relationship.
Sorry if chapters for A Week or So are few and far between. I'm finding it hard to push those two together. It literally feels like they're fighting it, as I write. It's been an interesting experience in my fanfic life. Also, I am going through a real-life situation very similar to the plot, which allows me to implement things that actually would happen into the scenes.
The idea of illustrating a scene from each chapter has definitely helped move things along. I recommend that authors on dA do the same! It makes the process a little more vivid and adds its own personal substance to the story.
Here's a little rundown of the wildness I've been up to this year:
+ dyed the underside of my hair a bright dark red. On more than one occasion people have thought my skull was bleeding.
+discovered a motivation and sensational workout routine that has me hooked on the whole exercise craze.
+started watching Attack on Titan...I've yelled at my guy pal's tv screen more than once and I'm only on episode 5.
It is terrific though.
+got another cartilage piercing!!
+completed a third shelf of to-read books. MAJOR accomplishment.
+got cussed out this month more than usual by customers with unsolvable problems.
God bless the working world. #lifeasabankteller haha.
+opened an etsy shop! I hope to sell digital portraits, landscapes and illustrations.
Aaaaaaaand life goes on, interesting as always. I look forward to getting my summer tan soon.
Art on, you fiends.
